How is training handled?
The ProfitMAX program does not require a lot of training, however, we have written easy to understand documentation which is broken down into 3 simple lessons
- Lesson 1 - Program installation, Data Setup and Data Entry
- Lesson 2 - Creating Marketing Material and Running Marketing Events
- Lesson 3 - Redemption, Reporting, and Advanced Functions
The first phase of training is to train you how to build the initial database i.e. Infrastructure, Certificates, Coupons, Source List, Surveys, Etc.
First, we want to take advantage of any current technologies that allow us to migrate your customer list information in to the ProfitMAX program to expedite the creation of the database by importing existing data when it is clean, current, and available in a compatible format. This will save you a lot of time and money.
We find that it is better to train on the steps as you complete previous task(s). Some tasks take longer that other and we don't want to overwhelm individuals by giving them to much at one time, just to have to re-train them again when they get to that point of the installation.
Much of the training is taken care of over the telephone and if necessary an internet Web conferencing can be arranged. Shorter training sessions will focus on the issues at hand and then allow a period of time for collecting the data, entering the data, and validating the information for accuracy. This generally involves a small group of decision makers that are familiar with the practices, specifications, and management objectives.
The second phase is where you will implement the software in to the day-to-day operation. The ProfitMAX procedure manual has short, concise step-by-step instructions to complete tasks, where you can print the tasks that you want to have performed in your business. The initial training can be accomplished through a web conferencing or on-site training. This can involve a number of other people depending on the size of operation and/or other facilities.
